This notice explains how Dagitali LLC handles information submitted through dagitali.com. It applies to this website and its contact form.

Information Dagitali processes

The contact form requests your name, email address, project summary, and, if you choose to provide them, your organization and project timeframe. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, health information, financial account details, or other sensitive data.

The website infrastructure may process standard request metadata, such as an IP address, user agent, and request time, to deliver and protect the service. The contact-form rate limiter converts the client address into a one-way, environment-specific hash; it does not store the contact message or email address in its rate-limit table.

How information is used

Dagitali uses submitted information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, communicate about possible work, protect the form from abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. The information is not used for automated decision-making or behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Dagitali uses Amazon Web Services to host the website, validate form requests, apply rate limits, and deliver submissions to the Dagitali business mailbox. The business email provider processes delivered messages. These providers process information to supply their services to Dagitali.

Dagitali does not sell contact-form information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or systems, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction involving Dagitali.

Storage and retention

The website does not maintain a database of contact-message contents. Short-lived rate-limit records expire automatically after approximately two hours. Messages delivered to the business mailbox may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Dagitali.com does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or a website analytics service. This notice will be updated before those practices are introduced.

Your choices

You may contact Dagitali to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. A request may be limited when retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Security

Dagitali uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information, including encrypted transport, strict server-side validation, limited service permissions, request throttling, and short-lived rate-limit records. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
